This year, the VABT volunteer Committee of Management are excited to be offering VABT Christmas Cards. Printed on high quality, 300gsm card with a shimmering, pearlescent finish, these cards are a wonderful way to celebrate the festive season. Even better, all profits from the sale of these cards go directly towards assisting Victorian professional performers, creatives and crew.
In addition to gifting a Christmas Card, why not make a donation on someone’s behalf? Each individual donation made as part of a Christmas Cards order comes with a small printed donation note, so that you can let your friend, colleague or loved one know that a donation has been made on their behalf.
Card stock is limited, so get in quick. Once confirmed, orders are posted via Australia Post Express Post, with a tracking number provided.

About the cards
The VABT’s 2022 Christmas Cards feature a simple Christmas Tree design, comprised of white bauble icons of varying sizes, and the words “Merry Christmas” at the base. The cards feature the VABT’s signature purple and are printed on 300gsm card stock, with a pearlescent finish that produces a slight shimmer.
The cards are A6 sized (148mm tall x 105mm wide) and each card comes with a plain white envelope.
The cards are blank on the inside, and feature a small VABT logo and message on the back that reads “This card supports the Victorian Actors’ Benevolent Trust in their ongoing work providing financial assistance to professional performers, creatives and crew in times of crisis”.
About adding donations
In addition to the Christmas Cards, you may elect to add one or more donations to your order, donating on behalf of those you intend to gift the Christmas Card/s to.
Donations are not fixed value, and are at the discretion of the purchaser.
Should you elect to add one or more donations to your order, you shall receive a ‘Donation Note’ for each donation. This note is printed on 300gsm card, and fits within the Christmas Card.
The Donation Note indicates to the recipient that a donation to the VABT has been made in their name, on their behalf. When submitting your order, you will be asked to add the name of the individual you are making a donation on behalf of, and to then elect whether to include the monetary value of the donation in the note or not. A note is then printed and included in your delivery of Christmas Cards.
Please be aware, other than the name of the individual, and the value of the donation, the donation note is not customisable.

Pricing
Cards can be purchased in packs of 5, 10 or 20 cards. Prices are as follows:
- 5 cards for $8.00 plus postage
- 10 cards for $14.00 plus postage
- 20 cards for $25.00 plus postage
All profits from the sale of these cards go directly towards enabling the VABT to continue to support Victorian professional performing artists, creatives and crew.
The maximum number of cards per order is 20. If you would like to purchase more than 20 cards, please place separate orders.
Postage
Orders will be delivered through Australia Post’s Express Post service. The estimated postage cost is $8.00 per order.
Once your parcel has been submitted to Australia Post, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address, including a tracking number. You can access Australia Post’s tracking service by visiting: auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search.
The VABT will take every endeavour to ensure your parcel is submitted to Australia Post for delivery as quickly as possible, however once lodged with Australia Post, the VABT is unable to control or influence delivery times.
